Our Farm House

All our bedrooms are unique. On the ground floor there is one super king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.  Also, one king size double bed with neighbouring bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up some stairs on the first floor are two twin beds and a bunk bed.  All rooms have linen bedding for comfort that is effortlessly relaxed.  Our toiletries are from Wildsmith, whose brand fittingly is inspired by the ability of trees to nourish, adapt and heal, which is aligned to Perthshire’s reputation as championing more than 200,000 acres of woodland. Our well-equipped kitchen provides you everything to prepare that perfect family meal.  We have a hearty boot room to ensure you can leave the outdoors at the front door, a utility room with washer, dryer and pully, a downstairs toilet and a TV space with bean bags to switch off. Of an evening or early morning it is easy to spot roe deer, red squirrels and our resident barn owl who equally appreciate this peaceful spot.

We are happy to arrange home-made ready meals which can be delivered weekly, or if given enough notice can arrange a caterer for you to make meals in the property.

We have wheelchair access for the ground floor and well behaved dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee.
